We like to think of Peach Blossom as not just a party store but also a platform from where you come away feeling inspired. Not the most original name but you get the idea...In addition to the tips you'll find on our site and on other days on the blog, I will scour the internet to discover the best party hacks you could ever dream up.

So on to the first Party Pick. I don't think you can truly recreate the wonder of having real candles on a birthday cake - isn't half the fun of having a birthday cake, lighting the candles and watching as they're blown out? But maybe you'd like to create the look of having candles in cakes all around your party without the fire hazard, maybe the guest of honour needs *a lot* of candles which you just won't be able to light in time or maybe you just forgot to get candles?! Anyway, this adorable DIY will no doubt have you thinking of a reason not to use real candles.
