Online orders currently have a 2-3 day processing time.  We will always try to accomodate Express Delivery but we can't always guarantee it. If you require your order for a particular date, please get in touch.

Our Brighton store is open for click and collect on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders can be placed online or over the phone and collection times must be booked prior to pick-up. INFLATED BALLOONS
For local deliveries of inflated balloons and party decorations get in touch with us on info@peachblossom.co.uk and we'll be happy to quote you for delivery.
COLLECT FROM BRIGHTON STORE
If you're local to Brighton you can collect your order for free from our Brighton store which is located at 16 Church Street, Brighton, BN1 1RB (next to the NCP).  The website will ask you to enter your shipping address as normal and then you can choose 'Collect from Brighton Store' at the checkout. Your order will be ready to collect within 1-2 days. We normally have it ready for collection on the same day but it's best to give us a call to double check.

RETURNS
You have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us that you wish to return an item. Please email returns@peachblossom.co.uk and we will advise you how to proceed. Please note, items which are personalised or customised to your specifications cannot be returned. Do not destroy or throw away any product, even if it's faulty. Goods must be returned to us in their original packaging and in resalable condition. We cannot reimburse you for return postage. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you collect inflated balloons from us in store and encounter a problem the balloons must be returned to us in store for us to investigate withing 48 hours. Do not throw the balloon(s) away. Unfortunately we cannot accept queries made via email or over the phone for inflated balloons.
