When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched within two working days. Orders which contain a personalised item may take an extra day to be processed. If your order is urgent, we always recommend upgrading to express delivery at the checkout which ensures delivery within 1 working day. Express orders placed before noon are dispatched the same day.

I'd like to return something, what is your refund policy?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us that you wish to return an item. In such case, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise you how to proceed.
Please note, items which are personalised or customised to your specifications cannot be returned.
Do not destroy or throw away any product, even if it's faulty. Goods must be returned to us in their original packaging and in resalable condition. We cannot reimburse you for return postage. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Paypal.

We occasionally run promotional discounts and sales, which we announce on our Facebook, Twitter or email newsletters so stay tuned for the next one!
I own a shop, please can I stock your products?
Our products are not available for wholesale purchase at this time. If you are a stylist, event planner or designer, please get in touch for discount.
Can I use your photos on my website/blog etc?
We work hard to make our photos pretty so using them in any shape or form is strictly forbidden without prior consent.
