You might have heard us harping on about Small Business Saturday (SBS) this year. If you don't know what it is, it's an annual event (this year it's on 3rd December) which looks to celebrate small businesses and encourage everyone to 'shop small' not only on this day but all year round. This year has been extra special for Peach Blossom because we've been selected as one of SBS' top 100 businesses and we got to showcase our business back in September.

Now with Small Business Saturday upon us, not only are we offering FREE delivery on all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday with the code SBS* but I thought it would be fun to share an insight into what goes on behind the scenes at Peach Blossom. Our studio is in an old perfume factory in Hove, Sussex and we can look out at the sea from our windows which is pretty cool!

Whilst our days are somewhat varied and we get to do some really fun things like putting together photo shoots, sending out products for some really cool events and generally playing with some super pretty party-ware, our day to day consists of processing and sending out orders to all our lovely customers.

That's me working. OK, full disclosure - I'm pretending in this photo. Do you know how hard it is to actually work if you know someone is taking your photo?!

We try to keep the studio as tidy and organised as possible so this table isn't our usual style but I think it looks pretty fun like this! We also have a prop cupboard where we keep all our samples and props for photoshoots. It's a bit of treasure trove because it's filled with so much bright and sparkly goodness!

And no day would be complete without a little frolicking outside with balloons. OK, so maybe that's stretching the truth but we do get to play with balloons a lot which is definitely a fun part of the job!
