True to form, Samantha chose an elegant French Floral theme to decorate baby Elle’s first birthday bash.
From the rose gold invitations to the cute croissant baskets, the whole affair oozes Parisian Chic.
Balloons in shades of blush and palest ballerina pink ensure a subtle look that is sweet and sophisticated. We think the long ribbon balloon tails are soo pretty.
