With summer upon us, an obvious choice for a party snack is fruit. But laying out pieces of fruit might not get your guests excited, especially if they're little 'uns which is why I love this simple idea. Simply cut thin slices of watermelon (or perhaps another soft fruit) and cut out shapes from it with a cookie cutter in the shape of your choice.
