So by now you might have heard about our new balloon delivery service. But maybe you’re wondering how it all works behind the scenes?

Well, first let us give you a bit of backstory (if you’d rather watch the video you can catch it here) Back when the pandemic first hit, we were forced to close our party store and we had no way of knowing when we’d get to open it again. If customers couldn’t get to us, we would go to them! And so we started hand-delivering helium balloons to their door. We started getting requests from people all across the UK who wanted our balloons. The only thing is, we’re based in Brighton and so it’s not possible for us to hand-deliver balloons all across the UK.

That’s when we started recruiting independent balloon professionals from all across the UK to help us deliver balloons to customers in their local area.

We’re so passionate about our amazing community of talented balloon professionals - when you buy from us you’re supporting an independent balloon stylist who cares about attention to detail and ensuring you have only the best balloons (we’re not a faceless corporation!)

We’ve now expanded our helium balloon delivery service to over 10 locations across the UK and our goal this year is to expand our network even more so wherever you are in the UK we can deliver to you.
